Creating a Ticket
You can create a ticket by either clicking the + symbol in the upper right corner > New ticket
or by selecting 'new ticket' from the tickets page.
Ticket Properties
Ticket requisites are marked *. They include selecting a contact, site and ticket title. Optional fields include selecting a service board, assigning a technician, setting a priority, adding a description and uploading an attachment.
Proceed by clicking Save
