Setting your business hours are essential for SLA & billing purposes.
Adding your business hours
Start my navigating to Admin > PSA Options > Business Hours.
Select Add Calendar In the upper right corner.
Enter the following;
Calendar name: Name of your calendar
Description: Brief explanation i.e 'Our organisation's business hours'
Time Zone: The time zone that correlates to given calendar
- Select the check boxes that apply to your workdays & edit the drop down boxes to adjust the hours.
