Creating A Custom Ticket Filter
Begin by navigating to the 'Tickets' page.
The ticket filter is located in the left-hand pane. Edit the drop down fields until you're ready to proceed.
Proceed by clicking 'Save Filter' > *Enter your filter name* > 'Save'
You can switch between filters by locating the 'Saved Filters' drop down
