Creating tickets via email forwarding
Navigate to Admin > PSA Options > Email Settings
This is where you will configure all your mail settings and preferences. Lets take a look at each field in a little more depth.
- Service Board:
- Auto-generated Email Address: Mail sent to this address automatically creates a ticket within MSPmate. Take note of the address and set up a forwarding rule to this address with your mail provider.

- Primary Support Email Address: This field should contain the support address you wish to use for forwarding.
- Reply From Name: By default, your customers will receive all automatic replies from '*****@mspmate.com'. If you'd prefer a custom name/domain, add it in this field and configure the SMTP settings accordingly. (Click here to see details)
