You are required to have at least one contract template before creating a new contract. Click Here to create a contract template.
Create a new contract
You can create a contract by either clicking the + symbol in the upper right corner > New Contract
or by selecting 'Add contract' from the Contracts page.
You'll be presented with the following page. Enter your contract details.
Customer: Assign the customer the contract applies to
Contract Name
Contract Template: Select a template
Sites: Select the applicable / covered sites under this contract
Billing Period: Specify the contracts billing period
Retainer: Enter your retainer fee (Excluding Tax)
Retainer Description: Brief description regarding the Retainer Fee
Start / End Date: Define the contract Start and End date
Enable Invoice Auto Run: Specify whether recurring invoices are generated for this contract
Upload File: Upload a copy of the contract
Proceed by clicking Save.
